Mainsflow Contractor

Mainsflow Contractor is a thermal store system heated from a gas or oil fired boiler, suitable for use in both new build and existing properties. Its flexibility and versatility also allows for it to be used with alternative energy sources, such as solar or solid fuel.

Mainsflow Contractor combines the advantage of mains pressure hot water with the safety of traditional open vent storage in one versatile system. It can provide hot water at a controlled temperature of up to 55°C with flow rates of up to 30 litres per minute, filling a bath in less than 3 minutes. It's simple and easy to install and only basic annual maintenance is required. Complete wit all ancillary components to form the full mains pressure package and with only four plumbing connections, plus overflow - to the heating flow and return, cold mains inlet and hot water outlet - the unit is self commissioning and can be sited anywhere in the property.

Mainsflow Contractor is available as cylinder and combination units both in Direct and Indirect version in a range of capacities to suit different size properties. Mainsflow Direct (single coil) must be fitted in open vented mode, preferably in twin pump configuration, whereas Indirect (twin coil) units can also be used in sealed systems as well as in central boiler schemes linking several cylinders to a single boiler or buffer store. All Mainsflow units are available with an integral feed and expansion tank, except for cylinder models, which have to be fitted with a remote feed and expansion tank.
